1) Coordinates the preparation of development plans in the field of urban development, the preliminary discussion of proposals regarding them,

2) Coordinates the discussion of legislative changes in the field of urban development and submits information on the process of their development to the Chairman of the Committee,

3) Conducts an analysis of legal acts related to the activities of the Committee, including a study of the international experience of legal regulations in the field of urban development, and presents the results to the Chairman of the Committee,

4) By order of the President.

a) participates in the discussion of issues related to the field assigned to him in state and local self-government bodies, organizations,

b) invites consultations, organizes discussions of issues assigned to him,

c) organizes reception of citizens.
