On the initiative of the Urban Development Committee, a meeting was held with the representatives of the design and construction organizations of Nagorno-Karabakh, during which granting the right to Nagorno-Karabakh architects and constructors to carry out professional activities in the Republic of Armenia were discussed.

At the meeting of 21^st of September, the Government adopted the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia "On approving the procedure for creating an information system regarding the technical condition of the housing fund" developed by the Urban Development Committee.

Legislative changes related to licensing of organizations and certification of specialists in the field of urban development have entered into force. From now on, the licensing of organizations in the field will be carried out according to a new principle,
